THE HISTORY OF THE BIGGEST WAVE EVER SURFED IN NAZARÉ THAT NEVER WAS RECOGNIZED

Hugo Vau was the protagonist of what would have been the biggest wave ever surfed by a human being.

2018 was still taking its first steps when, on January 17th, Nazaré received a great swell.

In the middle of the big wave season, the Portuguese Hugo Vau was one of the big riders that was in the water.

This was the day that the biggest wave of all time will have been surfed, at least that is what the presents and the main protagonist of the moment guarantee, Hugo Vau.

However, Vau’s epic surfing never came to be recognized by the World Surf League as the biggest wave ever surfed by a human being.

A whole story that has now been told through a report, broadcast a few days ago by the television station ‘TVI’, called ‘The Invisible Giant’.
